By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version here.

Quotes and estimates

Figures produced by our quote calculator are estimates only and are not a binding offer. They may change once we confirm the actual weight and dimensions of your goods, current carrier rates, and the duties assessed by Ghana Customs on arrival. A binding price is only given in a written quotation issued by our team.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details about the goods, their value and the delivery address.
• Do not ask us to import goods that are prohibited or restricted under Ghanaian law.
• Pay duties, taxes and charges that fall due on your shipment.

Prohibited goods

We will not handle narcotics, weapons, ammunition, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, live animals, or any item restricted by Ghanaian customs regulations or by our carriers.

Transit times

Transit windows shown on this site are typical, not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier delays, port congestion and weather can extend them.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms of the shipping contract and any insurance cover taken out for the shipment. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or other third parties outside our control.

Tracking accounts

Staff accounts are for authorised personnel only. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
